5 common habits that hurt your sex life


One of the challenges most couples face throughout their relationship is to achieve a satisfying sex life. But the situation that many affected by the habits that everyone has in their day to day life which sometimes apparent and can be seen.


According to the expert  Carmen Lopez Sosa, professor of sexology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Salamanca,  a strategy to improve your sex life is that you and your partner are encouraged to look at each one of you the areas that they generate pleasure of their bodies,  they talk about their fantasies  and be honest with each other in expressing what they want to do or experience.


Habits are part of our daily routine. Some are actions that can be beneficial for our physical and emotional health, but others have the ability to go sapping our  sex life,  even more than usual and prejudice.
